We own the results, its quality and timeliness, even while others on the project may take on critical roles. We take responsibility for any shortcomings, even if they aren’t necessarily ours.

IK Talks

When I joined the organization, we were a single-cubicle operation, serving roughly 20 students per month. Fast-forward a few short years later, we are an international operation with over 100 full-time employees, serving nearly 500 students a month. This has been one of the single-greatest adventures of my life.
