You will first spend 12 weeks training on Generative AI and learning the practical applications of it in tech leadership, and another 12 weeks on interview preparation that incorporates both Engineering Management and Generative AI integration.

Yes. The first half of this program will be about building GenAI literacy and technological fluency for creative application in various professional roles. The second half is interview preparation, through which you will be prepared for the toughest interviews in the tech world today.

This program is suitable for current or former Engineering Managers, Senior Engineering Managers, or Directors of Engineering in a team leadership/management who want to learn AI skills and use it to upgrade their current roles. The interview prep modules makes it perfect for tech leaders aiming to break into a high-paying FAANG+ role.

The modules follow a blended learning format, which combines self-paced classes with live workshops, AMAs, and project-based learning. You will also receive class recordings after each day’s session.

a) Live Guided Projects are instructor-led, step-by-step tutorials where participants code along with the instructor to complete a project from start to finish. These projects provide structured guidance and are designed to help learners understand the fundamentals without feeling overwhelmed. They’re part of the regular curriculum and don’t require separate submissions.

b) Capstone Projects, however, are learner-driven assignments typically placed at the end of a course. They allow students to independently apply all the knowledge gained throughout their studies. In the Generative AI EdgeUp Courses specifically, these projects have been enhanced with:

  • Ongoing development alongside regular coursework
