 Not at all. This course is designed for TPMs with no background in AI or ML. It starts with the basics and progresses into practical, agentic workflows and low-code implementations for enterprise-scale programs.

Agentic AI systems use LLMs and external tools to operate autonomously, making decisions, adapting to feedback, and executing tasks without continuous human input. Unlike rule-based or reactive systems, they are capable of reasoning, goal planning, and real-time orchestration.

This isn’t an ML coding bootcamp. It focuses on helping TPMs lead GenAI initiatives using real tools, not building models. You’ll learn how to manage, deploy, and scale agentic systems inside real-world engineering programs.

 You’ll build systems like a Financial Multi-Agent Platform and a Healthcare Assistant, along with capstones like an AI Stakeholder Manager or Program Workflow Optimizer, tailored for TPMs leading complex AI/ML rollouts.

 You’ll get hands-on with tools like LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Zapier, Make, Postman AI Builder, LangFlow, Bubble, Python, SQL, and Streamlit—covering both low-code and programmable workflows.

 The course runs for 14 weeks, including 9 weeks of core modules and 5 weeks of domain-specific content with live guided projects and capstones.

 On average, TPMs spend about 10 hours per week across live classes, project sessions, and self-paced learning. Additional interview prep and career content is also available.
